Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@warnasepadan.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Warna Sepadan, PO Box 1072, Rockville, MD 20849. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Eligibility for Returns:

1. Undamaged & Unused Items:

   - Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

   - Items should be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

   - A valid proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Used Items:
   - We do not accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear.
   - Exceptions may be made for defective items, as long as the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

3. Damaged Items:
   - If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
   - We may ask for photos of the damage for verification.
   - You may choose a replacement, exchange, or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items, customized orders, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
